Join Our Swim School Team - Level 2 Swim Teacher Wanted!

Are you passionate about teaching children to swim and helping them build confidence in the water? Otters Academy are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Swim Teacher to join our friendly team!

Location: Ottershaw

Hours: Part time

Pay: 17 - 23 Per hour

About the Role:

As a Level 2 Swim Teacher, you'll deliver high-quality, engaging swimming lessons to children aged 3 to 15 years. You'll play a key role in helping young swimmers develop essential water skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Teaching group and/or one-to-one swimming lessons

Creating structured and progressive lesson plans

Monitoring and tracking each swimmer's development

Communicating effectively with children and their parents/guardians

Ensuring a safe and positive learning atmosphere at all times

What We're Looking For:

A valid Swim England or STA Level 2 Teaching Swimming qualification

Experience working with children, ideally across a range of ages and abilities

A patient, energetic, and friendly teaching style

A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Safeguarding and first aid certificates are a plus
