We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a strong background in sports coaching. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Duties

Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups, from beginners to advanced swimmers. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and regulations. Maintain a clean and organised teaching environment, including poolside areas. Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Swim England Level 2 in Swim Teaching or STA Equivalent is required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages. A genuine passion for swimming and teaching others. Pay: 17.34 per hour
