Rushmoor Royals Learn To Swim is a leading swimming school in Hampshire and a part of the renowned Rushmoor Royals Swimming Club. Our swimming lessons are held over terms Autumn, Spring and Summer and normally run a period of 12-14 weeks.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled swim teacher to work within our amazing team of teachers as a lead teacher on sessions. This teacher will be responsible for poolside, feeding back to and answers questions from parents, communicating and organising swimmers as well as engaging with teacher and water-helpers. They may have to step in and cover sessions if a teacher is away, however will typically not be teaching each session themselves, rather acting as a supervisor for the other teachers and stepping in to assist when needed too.

Teachers must hold a Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification, have a clear DBS check (completed by the club) and be able to travel locally to the facilities we use in our nearby area. Teachers should also have a few years experience with teaching to be able to work as a lead teacher.

? Be willing to cover other teachers periodically.

This will be a part-time self-employed position with a variety of hours. Pay dependant on experience.

Hours Available Are:

Tuesday 4:30-6:30pm

Fridays 3:30 - 5:30pm

Saturday 8:00 - 10:0am

Saturday 4:30 - 6:30pm

Sunday 2:00 - 4:00pm

We are ideally looking for one teacher to fill all the hours, however if you can only commit to a few shifts then please still apply. Saturday afternoons are a priority currently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 18.00-21.00 per hour
