West Monmouth School is a successful 11 - 16 school. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Level 2 Teaching Assistant.

The contracted hours of work will be 30 hrs per week. The key requirements for each position including:


the ability to work well as part of a team, adopting a flexible approach as required excellent communication skills, including IT Level 2 English and Mathematics an excellent understanding of how to support teaching and learning effectively a good understanding of how to support the development of behaviour, emotional and social skills the ability to sensitively support personal care needs of learners as required
