Early years practitioners play a crucial role in shaping children's early experiences. We have lots of opportunities for Level 2 and above qualified practitioners and would love to hear from you!

Salary Bandings:

Level 2 - 11.55-14.00

Level 3 and above - 11.55-14.60

Requirements:

Experience working with children (preferred) Be willing to travel to different nursery sites within your area. Over 17 years of age to be included in ratios complaint with Ofsted. Level 2/3 Qualified.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and discovery. Assisting in creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and belonging. Engage in indoor play and outdoor play, ensuring children's wellbeing is being prioritised. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and safeguarding regulations at all times. And most of all... HAVE FUN!

We expect ALL of our staff to adhere to this and show the same commitment when working within Early Years settings. All applicants need to have a completed a Safeguarding children, Prevent and Female Genital Mutilation course or be willing to complete the training with Clearly Education prior to starting work. You will also require an enhanced DBS check, which will be put on the update service (Clearly Education can assist if one is required).
