Job Description

We are looking for a Level 2/3 Nursery Nurse, to help cover at Lunch times, due to the high demand of childcare within the local area.

You would be working Monday-Friday, between the hours of 11-3, but we would need you to be willing to step in, if and when required due to staff absences/holidays.

The Nursery Nurse will be able to communicate effectively, show a can-do attitude, and be an excellent team member, as you will have to adapted your practice within the different age groups.

Main duties include:

Providing highest level of care, and education for all children within the setting, and supporting all the rooms, as and when needed. Be alert to any safeguarding issues, and ensuring the welfare of the children in paramount. Work with colleagues to ensure a stimulating, and challenging environment. Be adaptable to work with ages 0-5 years old, and be flexible to work between our Under 2's, Toddler and Pre-school room to cover our staff dinners. To contribute towards cleaning in the afternoon, such as cleaning and packing away the messy room ready for our tea time at 4pm.
