At Willow Tree Day Nursery, we require a qualified level 2/3 nursery practitioner to join our full nursery. We cater for 40 children from 12 weeks to 5 years from a number of principle rooms.

What are we looking for?

A practitioner - qualified level 2 or 3 in Childcare

Someone who is able to provide a safe, supporting and loving environment
Someone who has a good sense of humour, is warm and smiley
Someone to count as children move quickly, to remember many names, special items & people in our lives and to go out in public with many random items on their uniform!

Have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage

Operate a key person system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff

Plan, organise and implement activities to meet the needs and interest of each individual child

Follow and implement the nursery policies and procedures

You must:

Hold a full and relevant level 2/3 or above recognised childcare qualification Have at least 1 year childcare experience Hold or embark on training for pediatric first aid Provide 2 satisfactory references
Start Date: Immediate subject to passing Working Interview

Please note the successful candidate for this position must have an enhanced DBS check and be on the update service or be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check. An additional criminal record check(s) will also be made for anyone who has lived or worked abroad for settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 9,568.00-23,920.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
