Raef Limited is a family-run establishment in Taunton, operating two day nurseries dedicated to providing exceptional childcare for children aged 3 months to 11 years. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that fosters children's natural curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, encouraging them to develop into happy and confident individuals.
Summary
We are seeking a Level 3 business administration apprentice to join our team at Raef Limited. On a typical week, one day would be spent at one nursery, another day spent at the other setting and one day spent with the director at their office completing executive duties that are non-childcare related. Due to this, someone with a driver's license is desirable, as the locations for the role do vary. In this role, you will be essential in supporting the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
This role is part time, so we are ideally looking for a candidate to work 24 hours per week (3 days a week for 8 hours a day).
Apprenticeship
This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate to gain sound knowledge within business administration. Learning highly transferable skills, knowledge and behaviours. We work with a company called HIT Training, and all training is online based, meaning you would not need to attend college. Alongside the apprenticeship, you would agree on a personal learning and development plan, setting a timetable of learning activities in preparation for the End Point Assessment. The HIT Vocational Trainer would meet with the apprentice regularly either online or face to face to complete and review assessments, provide further coaching where required and agree the next steps of learning. The apprenticeship takes roughly 15 months to complete.
