is a well-established salon with a trusted reputation for delivering high-quality treatments in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. The salon has been open for 3 years and is led by an experienced owner with over 16 years in the beauty industry.

We offer a wide range of non-invasive, enhancing treatments to both male and female clients, with a focus on natural results and long-term skin and beauty health. Services include skincare consultations, results-led facials, precision waxing, BIAB nails, massage, and more.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy At least 3 years' in-salon experience Friendly, reliable, and professional Excellent communication and customer care skills A team player with a positive and vibrant attitude Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining consistently high treatment standards

Typical Working Week

Part-time:

27 contracted hours per week

A

30-minute unpaid break

applies on any day where the shift is 6 hours or longer Flexible scheduling within salon hours Additional hours may occasionally be required during busy periods, for cover, team meetings or training All team members are expected to contribute to cleaning and salon upkeep Supportive, friendly, and professional team culture
This is a 27-hour contracted position across three to four working days. A 30-minute unpaid break applies on any day where the shift is 6 hours or longer.

A standard working week may include:

Wednesday: 9:45am - 8:00pm

Thursday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Friday: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 9:15am - 4:30pm

(on rotation - one Saturday off per month)
At Love Beauty, we aim to support a healthy work-life balance where possible. We suggest that team members have one Saturday off per month, with those hours reallocated during the week -- usually on a Tuesday or Thursday by extending an existing day. Hours will be adjusted to maintain your 27-hour contract. However, this depends on staffing levels, holidays, and salon needs, and is not guaranteed.

Treatment Requirements

Applicants must be confident and experienced in the following services:

BIAB nails Facials Skincare consultations Spray tanning Waxing, including female intimate waxing Pedicures Massage treatments (e.g. back/neck/shoulder, pregnancy massage) Lash Lifting Use of an E-File (clearly state if trained or used in salon)

Advantages

The following qualifications and experience will be considered an advantage:

BIAB qualification or proven experience Level 4 qualification or interest in pursuing it Female intimate waxing expertise Brow lamination qualification Lash lifting qualification Experience with a cosmeceutical skincare brand Spray tanning qualification Massage experience Qualifications in additional treatments not covered during Level 3 training

Key Responsibilities

Deliver all treatments to the highest standard, with exceptional hygiene and client care Provide a positive experience throughout the client's visit Respond to booking requests, phone calls, and messages professionally Contribute to a clean, organised and welcoming salon environment Continue developing your skills and knowledge both through training and personal initiative Support the business through occasional paid off-site events or volunteer opportunities
