Your Role in Our Salon



As a Salon Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our clients and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing appointments and daily schedules

to keep the salon running efficiently.

Delivering

exceptional customer service

in person, over the phone, and online.

Handling client inquiries, concerns, and providing professional solutions.

Supporting the salon team with

administrative tasks

and operational needs.

Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

in the reception area and salon.

Acting as the first and last point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring every visit starts and ends on a positive note.

As a Business Administration Apprentice, we will be looking for you to develop and improve the salon processes as you learn about business administration from your tutor at Cambridge Regional College and are supported by your in-salon mentors.
