Start your career at the heart of a world-class motorsport team! M-Sport UK Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join their dynamic organisation.
This structured apprenticeship programme will give you exposure to several key departments, providing a comprehensive foundation in business operations within a fast paced, high performance motorsport environment.
The role
As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will rotate through four core departments, gaining valuable hands on experience:
Stock Control:
Learn how we manage thousands of precision parts to ensure smooth operations and inventory flow.Purchasing:
Support in sourcing the components and materials essential to building and maintaining our world-class competition cars.Sales:
Assist with processing customer orders and supporting our global customer base.Accounts:
Gain insight into financial processes, invoicing, and the commercial functions that keep our motorsport business running.Who they are looking for M-Sport UK Ltd are looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure. A confident communicator with superb telephone etiquette. Computer literate with good MS Office skills. A collaborative problem-solver who builds trust-based relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Preferred Experience (not essential)
Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or hospitality. Familiarity with stock control systems.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday ( 8:30am - 5:30pm )Annual Leave Entitlement:
