Job Description

We are a small independent setting that opened its door in March 2025. Accepting children from birth to 5years, at maximum capacity we take 32 children.

Due to new starters we are looking to recruit a new team member join our small friendly nursery. We would consider part or full time. As an apprentice we will support you to undertake a full and relevant qualification whilst working with us, happy to consider applicants who have already achieved their level 2 qualification or those who feel they have relevant experience/knowledge to be able start their level 3 straight away (We can discuss your eligibility to start a level 3 rather than a level 2 at interview).

being a small new setting we like to think we are doing things a bit differently, appreciating the small things and hard work that childcare staff undertake. We know this job can be so rewarding but can also be challenging and we want to make this a place people want to come to work, with a manager who is approachable and trying to eliminate some of the stresses that childcare staff face.

As with all childcare roles the applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS and this role is exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All criminal convictions must be disclosed.
