What You'll Be Doing:

Creating and delivering fun, imaginative, and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development. Encouraging children's natural curiosity through hands-on outdoor adventures in our Forest School. Supporting each child's social, emotional, and educational growth in a kind and inclusive environment. Observing and recording developmental milestones and working with families to celebrate every success.
What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years qualification

(or working towards one). A genuine love for working with young children and helping them flourish. An interest or experience in

nature-based learning

- mud kitchens, bug hunts, and woodland storytelling are part of daily life here! Great communication skills and a positive team spirit. A desire to grow and develop your career in a setting that truly supports you.
