We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Practitioner to take on a blended role

Supervise our Breakfast and After School Club starting at 7.45am, then joining part of the nursery team you will be required to work until 5pm and 6pm 2 days of the week.

This job role is term time Monday to Thursday only.

Holiday pay is paid for five weeks of your usual days worked, holidays cannot be taken during term time

The ideal candidate will have a positive working attitude and a strong commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in helping children reach their full potential through engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

As a Supervisor of the Breakfast and After School Club you will care for up to 40 children aged 4-11 years, you will help plan and organise a positive and engaging out of school environment, build strong parent partnerships and and support staff in reaching their full potential. With this role at after school club there will be always be a manager or Deputy on site with you.

Sunnysmiles is based in Isleworth not far from the leisure centre with buses 267, 110, 481, H20 and H37 within very short walking distance.

You will require a

full and relevant childcare qualification in early years and education at a level three or higher

, good knowledge of child development and the early years foundation stage for children aged 0-5 years, a clear understanding of safeguarding and the Ofsted statutory requirements.

This could be a start date in January/February 2026
