Part-time Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00-3:30.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing childminding setting in Hunstanton, Norfolk.

Essential Qualifications:

Level 3 or higher in Childcare and Early Years or an equivalent qualification. GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4 or above). Ability to reliably commute or relocate due to limited transport links.

Desirable Criteria:

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Previous experience working in childcare or an early years environment. Excellent ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Adaptable and flexible in response to the changing needs of children and the business.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the daily routines and activities of children in a safe and nurturing environment. Planning and delivering engaging, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities. Monitoring and assessing children's developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and carers. Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times, including adherence to health and safety guidelines. Collaborating effectively with team members to maintain a positive, productive atmosphere. Communicating clearly and effectively with families about their child's experiences and achievements.
Help in daily routines, including meal preparation, nap times, and hygiene practices.
