About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced level 3 Beauty Therapy

Tutor

to join our training academy. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in hair, makeup, and beauty therapy, helping learners achieve

VTCT and Focus Awards

qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with awarding body requirements Demonstrate practical beauty treatments, hair, and makeup techniques Assess and support students with portfolio building and coursework Provide constructive feedback to learners to aid progression and achievement Ensure all teaching materials and practices reflect

current industry standards

Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessments Support learners in developing employability skills for the beauty industry

Requirements

Recognised teaching or assessing qualification (PTLLS, AET, TAQA, or equivalent) Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 and 3 or above) Industry experience within the beauty sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to supporting learners of all abilities and backgrounds
