To support the team in delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities, while completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification for 12 months and 1 day. The role combines hands-on experience with structured training.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering play-based learning activities.
Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development.
Help with daily routines including meals, toileting, and sleep times.
Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
Follow all safeguarding, EYFS and health & safety procedures.
Attend training sessions, submit coursework and engage with assessor visits.
Requirements
Passion and genuine interest in working with young children.
Willingness to learn, reflect and grow professionally.
Enhanced DBS required.
Right to work in the UK.
