Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Be Part of Something Special!

We are searching for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner who brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for helping children thrive. If you see the magic in messy play, imaginative adventures, and the everyday triumphs of little learners, we'd love to meet you.

Your role will include:

Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Planning engaging activities that encourage curiosity and development across all areas of learning. Working 40 hours per week Building trusted, positive relationships with families and your colleagues. Helping children build resilience, independence, and confidence as they grow.

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). Has a genuine passion for early childhood development. Brings energy, creativity, and a friendly, collaborative approach. Isn't afraid to sing loudly, embrace messy play, or join in with imaginative games.
An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references are essential for this role.
