Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Join Our Adventure!

We're looking for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner who's ready to make a real difference - someone who sees beyond the paint-splattered aprons and muddy boots, and knows that every moment is a chance to inspire, teach, and nurture.

What you'll do:

Create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow. Plan exciting activities that bring learning to life. Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team. Support little ones to develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

What we're looking for:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). A big smile, a positive attitude, and a passion for early education. A team player who's not afraid of glitter, storytelling, or the occasional dinosaur roar. Someone who wants to leave a lasting impact on little lives.
