About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic

Level 3 Early Years Educator

to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children from birth to five years, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where all children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. Build warm, positive and supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Observe, assess and record children's development, contributing to learning journeys and supporting individual progress. Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment, following all safeguarding and health & safety procedures. Work collaboratively as part of a team to support children's wellbeing, learning and development. Promote children's independence, confidence and social-emotional skills. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and continuous professional development opportunities. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent). A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development. Previous experience working in an early years setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude. Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety procedures. Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
