Overview

Due to increasing numbers of children, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Early Years Educator Level 3 or above

to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of young learners. You will play a key role in fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Manage daily routines, including meal times, play sessions, and nap times, ensuring children feel secure and cared for. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships within the nursery setting. Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour and encouraging children to develop social skills through interaction. Drive initiatives that promote early childhood education best practices within the nursery. Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and education.

Requirements

Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their development. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience for children. Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices A commitment to safeguarding children's welfare at all times.
