Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team at Amesbury School. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the early educational experiences of our youngest learners. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a love for learning and ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of children's development and achievements.

Requirements

Level 3 qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and promote positive behaviour.
