We are looking for:

you will have a relevant level 3 or above childcare qualification

experience of working within a childcare setting

you will also be committed to maintaining the highest standards in childcare and education, take a keen interest in every child's progress and ensure that the planning is interesting and exciting for the children who attend the setting.

Our setting offers:

open Monday to Friday, Term time

a successful breakfast club (07.45 - 09.15) and after school club (15.15 to 18.00), both Monday to Friday

Duties and responsibilities:

working under the supervision of our Pre-School manager to provide the highest quality early years provision for children of pre-school age

To be a proactive and positive room leader to a team of staff

providing outstanding standards of childcare and education by providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment to enable the emotional, social and educational development of children, through individual attention and group activities

use a range of tools to monitor and review activities and individual children's progress continuously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 12.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
