At Small Talk Nurseries Wolverhampton, WV6 9HJ we have a vacancy for a L3 Qualified Early Years Educator to work Monday- Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm supporting the team in continuing to providing high standards of care and education!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment Ensure children are supported to achieve their learning and development goals Plan enriching activities inline with the EYFS Meet children's individual needs Work in collaboration with Nursery Manager and colleague to deliver high quality care and education Adhere to safeguarding processes at all time

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with EYFS and standards for early years education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

Qualifications

Completion of a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification Completion of Safeguarding Awareness course (desirable) Paediatric First Aid certificate (ideally within date if qualified post 30th June 2016)
