Responsibilities

Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children are cared for and engaged throughout the day.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records to track their growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
Drive initiatives that promote early childhood education within the community.
Skills
Strong background in childcare with experience working with young children.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators.
