Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. You will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of children in our care. This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the individual needs of each child. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education within the nursery. Manage daily activities, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early years education.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is essential Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support fellow educators. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Experience in childcare settings that promote learning through play is advantageous. Fully flexible between 07.15 and 18.30 Monday to Friday 51 weeks a year.
