Key Responsibilities:



Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment Ensure children are supported to achieve their learning and development goals Plan enriching activities inline with the EYFS Meet children's individual needs Work in collaboration with Nursery Manager and colleague to deliver high quality care and education Adhere to safeguarding processes at all time

Experience:


- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with EYFS and standards for early years education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

Qualifications



Completion of a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification Completion of Safeguarding Awareness course (desirable) Paediatric First Aid certificate (within date if qualified post 30th June 2016)
Interview Process steps:

1st stage: Face to face Interview 2nd stage: Work Trial
The position is full time working between 36-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.

We are committed to safeguarding, protecting children, young people and adults. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS and 2 satisfactory references. Due to the nature of the work, we will require an additional criminal records check (or checks if more than one country) for anyone who has lived or worked abroad.
