We are looking for a

proactive, ambitious, and passionate

staff to join our team and play a pivotal role in being part of a

brand-new nursery

from the ground up.

Newly opened in September, our brand new nursery provides a

beautifully designed setting

with large, spacious rooms and extensive outdoor areas, fostering a welcoming and inspiring space for young children to thrive.

Responsibilities:

Create a

warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment

where children feel valued and parents feel confident in their care. Foster

positive and effective partnerships

with parents and staff to create a strong community. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.

Understand and implement the EYFS curriculum

, ensuring engaging and enriching experiences for children. Plan and

implement age-appropriate activities

that promote learning and development.

Ensure compliance

with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Support children's emotional, social, and physical growth.

Collaborate with colleagues

to deliver high-quality early childhood education. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration.

Qualifications

Proven

experience

working with young children in a nursery or early childhood setting. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work

collaboratively

within a team. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude. Valid

DBS check

or willingness to obtain one.
