Duties:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0-5 years.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized care and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and families, maintaining open communication.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and milestones.
- Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience working in an early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
