Job Description

Acorn Preschool is an Ofsted good rated Early Years setting providing care and education for children aged from 2 years to 5 years. Acorn Preschool is based within the Dussindale Primary School, Dussindale, Norwich. We welcome families of all backgrounds, including children with additional needs. We aim to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment where we make learning fun through play. We feel it is important to work together to help children feel loved, accepted and nurtured.

About the Role

We are looking to employ an Early Years Educator full-time, working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 08:30am - 15:30pm, Term Time only.

The successful applicant must possess:

A relevant level 3 early years qualification; At least 2 year's experience of working in an early years setting; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong organisation skills and ability to work independently.
While not essential as full training will be provided, it would be desirable for the successful applicant to possess the following:

Experience of using Tapestry software; Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate;
