Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in their formative years. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities and effective communication with both children and parents.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 2 -5 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's activities and achievements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting. Support the management team in maintaining high standards of care and education.

Requirements

Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to drive is advantageous for potential off-site activities or training sessions. A commitment to ongoing professional development within the field of early years education.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
