Job Summary

We are seeking a range of passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators/ room leaders to join our new team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their development through play and structured activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early years education. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding regulations within the nursery setting. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Proven experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting. experience with children age 0-2 years is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their development. Driving licence preferred Ability to create an inclusive environment that caters to the diverse needs of all children.
