We're excited to announce that we're expanding our team! We're on the lookout for a Level 3 practitioner to join us for at least 30 hours a week, with the chance for extra hours. You'll have the opportunity to work in one of our three lovely rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0-5 years old
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualised care and attention to meet the unique needs of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support children's learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences for young children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Note: A relevant qualification in Early Years Education is compulsory.
