Job Opportunity: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Precious Little Smiles Day Nursery - Stratford-upon-Avon

Do you hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have at least 12 months' experience working in a nursery setting? Are you passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education in a supportive, nurturing environment? If so, this could be the role for you.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our team at Precious Little Smiles Day Nursery.

What we offer:

12.50 per hour Fully flexible hours across 5 days, between 7:15am-6:15pm 2 weeks off at Christmas, plus bank holidays Opportunities for career progression into leadership and management
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework Acting as a key person, building positive relationships with children and families Planning, observing, and assessing children's progress and development Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure best practice across the setting Ensuring safeguarding, welfare and health and safety standards are consistently met
