Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children aged 0-5 years. You will play a crucial role in fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental stages of children. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring that all children are supervised and engaged. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents as necessary. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across the nursery setting. Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity within the learning environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years framework standards.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. A genuine passion for childcare and early years education, with the ability to inspire young learners. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Pay: 24,240.00-29,000.00 per year
