Job Description
Innovia are looking to recruit two Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Technician Electrical Apprentices to join their team in September!
Innovia Films based in Wigton are a global producer of polypropylene and polyolefin films that enable packaging, label and graphic films of tomorrow. Lightweight, functional, recyclable and with a low carbon footprint. We are the only material science company that can offer all technologies: Bubble, Stenter and Cast Polypropylene films.
Key Responsibilities
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure and promote a safe work environment. Comply with appropriate rules, regulations and processes for safe working. Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime and carry out planned maintenance tasks as applicable. Have a high level of housekeeping across site. Keeping up to date with new equipment, Engineering operating procedures and all other training requirements. Ensure that any spares used are replenished and any issues reported accordingly. Any other duties as requested from the Engineering Management Team. Assist other Engineering personnel. Ensure that the computer maintenance management system is completed for all relevant work. Ensure college work is completed on time.
