is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant team!


As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest standard of care and education for young children, helping them to learn and develop in a nurturing environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children. Planning and delivering engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Observing and assessing children's development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met. Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child's development. Working collaboratively with your colleagues in a team-oriented environment. Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices.

Requirements

Essential qualifications and experience:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare. Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative. Cleared Enhanced DBS check.
