Term-Time Only (38 weeks per year + 5.6 Holiday pay)

Hours:

32.5 Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri 8.30 - 4 and Thu 8.30 - 1

Salary:

About the Role:

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting children's early learning and development. You'll help create a safe and stimulating environment, deliver engaging activities, and build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 2-5 Support the planning and implementation of EYFS-based activities Observe, assess, and record children's progress Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all children Build strong partnerships with parents and carers Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture Follow all safeguarding and health & safety policies

About You:

Minimum

Level 3 Early Years

qualification (or equivalent) Sound knowledge of the

EYFS framework

and child development Enthusiastic, caring, and child-centred approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Committed to delivering outstanding early years care Previous experience in a nursery or preschool setting preferred
