Happy Bunnies Nursery has a great opportunity for a

Nursery Partitioner- L3.(Baby Room Leader)

To join our motivated, dynamic and dedicated team. The nursery is situated in St Helens town centre and prides itself on being a busy, friendly and safe environment where children experience the highest standards of care and development.

We are looking for and experienced and suitably qualified team member who will have an in-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and can take a active role in working within our team .

The ideal applicant:

Must be at least Level 3 qualified. Have a minimum 2 years experience of working in baby room, preferably as a room leader . An excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies. Managing and maintaining administration requirements

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the baby room team, ensuring high standards of care and education for children. Develop and implement engaging early childhood education programs tailored to the needs of infants. Foster effective communication with parents and caregivers to support children's development. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Mentor and support junior staff, promoting professional growth and teamwork.
