Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, demonstrating the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Duties

Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting. Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with early years frameworks. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community. Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment. Drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is desirable. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Experience managing groups of children, demonstrating patience and understanding in various situations.
