Personal Specification:
Y NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Y Good, confident, communication skills.
Y Excellent customers service skills.

Main Duties
Y Daily care of the children promotes their feeling of wellbeing and independence.
Y Plan and provide varied and stimulating activities in line with observations and interest of the children.
Y Carrying out regular child assessments and observations and maintaining child development records.
Y General cleaning and sterilizing of the toys, equipment and nursery buildings.
Y Complete nursery documents and forms in line with company policies and procedures.
Y Liaising with parents on a day-to-day basis and providing excellent customer service.
Y Attending staff meetings, functions and training as part of continued professional development.
Y Comply with all the company's Health and Safety policies, risk assessments, COSHH and RIDDOR policies.
Y Perform and meet targets set by yourself, the Management Team and Director.
Y Be prepared to work flexibly within company hours to comply with the ratios set by CIW.
