We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. ```Responsibilities```
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Observe and monitor children's development and progress

- Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, progress, and any incidents
- Promote positive behavior management techniques
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
```Qualifications```
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
