We are seeking passionate, qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our dedicated team at Banana Moon Day Nursery. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact during a vital stage in a child's life.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality childcare and education following the EYFS framework. Build strong, caring relationships with each child and their family. Observe, assess, and plan effectively for children's learning and development. Work closely with the Room Leader and team to create a fun, stimulating environment. Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards are always met. Encourage and support children through their routines, including meals, rest, and play. Keep developmental records up-to-date with meaningful observations. Be involved in daily room activities and help with setting up learning resources and displays. Support the smooth operation of the room, including maintaining ratios and adhering to nursery procedures. Communicate professionally with parents and carers and contribute to open, trusting relationships.

Who We're Looking For

A

Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential

(e.g., CACHE, NVQ, Diploma in Childcare). Experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred. A nurturing, positive and professional attitude. Passionate about delivering the best outcomes for every child. Reliable, flexible and a strong team player. A sense of humour and resilience - no two days are ever the same! Comfortable with children's curiosity (and their sincere questions!).
