We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Your responsibilities will include planning engaging activities, supporting children's development, and fostering positive relationships with both children and their families.

Responsibilities

Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide high-quality care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team environment. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance. Ensure that the nursery environment is clean, organised, and conducive to learning. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to guide junior staff members effectively. Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience in childcare practices that promote the overall development of young children. A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential off-site activities or outings.
