3 months to 4 years

Reigate, Aldershot, Guildford and Esher

, we're looking for dedicated

Level 3 Nursery Practitioners

to join our warm, supportive team (Part Time positions may be discussed at a further stage).

What You'll Do

Provide

high-quality childcare

in a safe, nurturing environment. Plan and deliver

engaging, creative activities

following the EYFS framework. Support children's

emotional, social, and physical development

through play. Build strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a fun, professional nursery culture.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for passionate, qualified childcare professionals who share our belief that children flourish when they feel safe, valued, and inspired.

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Qualified and confident

- holding a

full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification(Level 2 may be considered with experience).

Experienced

- with hands-on experience caring for young children in a nursery, preschool, or early years environment.

A great communicator

- able to build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.

A team player

- who enjoys collaborating with others to create a fun, positive, and professional environment.

Passionate about early education

- genuinely dedicated to helping children grow, explore, and reach their potential.
