Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team based in Hampton, TW12. We are a Montessori, family-run nursery group, who pride ourselves on our long-standing staff.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood education and childcare, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education to children in the nursery. Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children. Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.

Requirements and Experience:

Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred. A strong passion for working with children and supporting their development. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge and understanding of early childhood education principles and EYFS framework. Ability to supervise and manage groups of children effectively.
