Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries. This role is vital in creating a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive. You will play a key role in supporting their development and well-being while working closely with parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed. Support the emotional and social development of each child in your care. Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure high standards of care are met.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3). Experience working with young children in a nursery setting is essential. Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Leadership skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
