Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate fully qualified Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, ensuring their safety and development while fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Duties

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play. Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records of their progress. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children. Support children in developing their social skills and independence. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.

Skills

Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while demonstrating leadership qualities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting activities to meet children's needs. Capability to drive initiatives that support children's learning experiences. A nurturing attitude with a focus on creating a positive atmosphere for children's growth.
