Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Good teamworking skills
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their well-being at all times
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Follow all relevant policies and procedures while making sure health and safety guidelines are adhered to ensuring the welfare of the children.

Qualifications:

- Recognized qualification
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare environment
