Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Park Avenue Montessori Nursery
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing exceptional care to our youngest children.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily activities in the classroom
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for young children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the classroom
Skills
- Possess early childhood education qualification at level 3 or above
- Previous experience working in a baby room or nursery settings is desirable
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support children effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and parents
The role is 5 days shifts such as 8.30-5.30 working a total of 41.25 hours per week or 4 days a week working 7.30-6 shifts working a total of 39 hours per week.
